4.   What can I do with my condominium when I'm not there?
Pursuant to state and local governmental planning requirements, when owners are not occupying their unit, it must be made available for rental to the general public. To fulfill this requirement, you have the option of renting your unit yourself, hiring an approved rental agent, or participating in the rental program administered by the resort affiliate. It is against the Department of Real Estate and Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations for sales associates to provide rental program information, this information may only be obtained from a rental management company representative directly.

All common area utility costs are included in the owner's monthly association assessment.
