The Coronado Cays are located just four miles south of the Hotel del Coronado. In 1969 Signal Landmark Development Company envisioned a marina-esque community here, with a series of channels and boat slips located right outside your backdoor. Today it is the only neighborhood south of Newport Beach to possess this unique feature. The Cays is made up of numerous inlets and peninsulas that are unique in and of themselves. All together there are 11 villages located within the Cays, each with their own unique architecture and amenities such as clubhouses, pools, and tennis:
